A previous tree Survey was carried out in October 2023, I am applying for the works that have been shown in this survey with some minor additions. I am also applying for works requested by the Park estate management to help keep Park Valley road clear for vehicle. Works Referred/Recommended within tree survey: G001: Remove dead central Leylandii stem. G004: Remove 4 self set Sycamores to prevent future problems with park valley road. T014: Elms has large amount of epicormic at base which appears to of been maintained previously and is due a manageable retrim as it is starting to interfere with others trees. T015: Korean pine dead to be removed. T018: Sycamore canopy raise up to 5.2 meters clear highway for vehicle access. T020: Robinia canopy raise up to 5.2 meters clear highway for vehicle access. T022: Remove Ash tree diagnosed with die back, I have re-assessed and can confirm it has further deteriorated. T028: Clear lower epicormic growth up to 3 meters only on main stem. Other works not mentioned in report: Major Deadwood Oak and 3 lime trees identified to have large deadwood in canopy. Remove 3 large clumps of Ivy within garden not visible to public, to prevent too much spread of Ivy. Sever Ivy at base of all larger trees. Remove 1 stem of twin stemmed holly which is leaning significantly into highway. Trim back overhanging shrubbery (this is the regular trimmed mixed hedge) back to boundary up to 5.2 meters along Park valley road. I have been unable to attach the full report as it is over the 10mb threshold, I have taken what I believe to bee the relevant parts of the survey. if you require the Full report, please don't hesitate to contact myself or the property owner.
