Planning application

5 Thyra Court Nottingham Nottingham City NG3 5GT

Granted Nottingham 23/01890/PTPO Works to trees protected by TPO

Permission granted. Work must normally begin within three years of the decision or the permission lapses.

Proposal

T1 - Flowering cherry. This tree is dying and needs to be felled as it now presents a risk. I previously obtained permission to remove one bough of this tree in 2020 but the work was never undertaken. I am willing if required to replace with similar T2 - Tree of heaven. I also previously obtained permission to remove one bough of this tree, but again the work was not undertaken. I now seek permission again for that work. The bough is the one on the left hand side in the attached photo, which is overshadowing the trees beneath and is causing the tree to be unbalanced. If the tree falls it will cause damage to my home. T2 - Tree of heaven, T3, T4 and T5 All Common Beeches, and T6 Silver Birch. Crown raise to 3m. These trees are adjacent to the vehicular access for my property and my neighbours' properties. Delivery vehicles have refused to come down to our houses as the crowns of these trees are now drooping
