Proposal
T1- Fagus sylvatica The proposed works replace the consented work in application 23/00521/PTPO. No works will not be carried out in conjunction with those previously consent, but as a separate proposed works as described. No Element of works in 23/00521/PTPO will be undertaken unless described in the proposed works in this application. 1. Target prune long lower limb NNE canopy removing last 3-4m to reduce loading over glass balustrade and high footfall seating area. Crown reduce remaining canopy up to 2m to reduce shading and maintain shape of NW spread. (See: Fig.2) 2. Crown reduce upper canopy N & NE spread and centre, up to 2m. (See Fig.3) 3. Nominal crown reduction, NE lateral spread to maintain 2.5m clearance from property. (See Fig.3) 4. Target prune 3x over extended limbs SW spread, upper canopy to maintain canopy shape and reduce risk of failure from adverse wind loading. (See Fig.4) 5. Crown reduce SW spread by up to 2m to reduce shading over garden. (See Fig.4) 6. Crown lift S spread over Maxtoke Rd by up to 2m to maintain clearance over highway using secondary branch thinning and branch shortening techniques only. (See Fig.5)
