Proposal

Creating an opening within the side boundary wall to 42 Shakespeare Street to provide escape door to new Art and Design School under construction. Cutting back render and provision of new coping stone. Cut back wall to step in line with approved planning elevations to 21/00646/PFUL3 to allow ceramic tile to wrap around the corner of the Western face. Minor repair works to gatepost and making good paint finish. Insertion of small section of metal railing of equal height to existing frontage railings.
