  False Acacia. Tree 1 on site plot, to front of property near pavement boundary. Sectional fell to ground level. This mature tree appears to be in decline, the crown has many dead branches throughout and its leaf growth appears quite weak this season so far. In previous years it has shed major branches causing alarm to the owners. All the residents of the property, in flats 5,5a and 5b, wish to have the tree removed before any major damage is caused.
