The process from here
Permission has been granted, usually subject to conditions listed on the decision notice, some of which must be discharged before work starts. The decision notice on the council portal sets out exactly what was approved.
Work must normally begin within three years of the decision or the permission lapses. Neighbours cannot appeal a grant; challenging one means judicial review of how the decision was made, within tight time limits.
About full applications applications
How this application type works
A full application seeks permission for a complete, detailed proposal in one go: siting, design, access and landscaping are all fixed at this stage. It is the standard route for new buildings, conversions and changes of use. The statutory target is eight weeks for smaller schemes and thirteen weeks for major development, though complex cases often take longer by agreement.

1. Front garden - a very large completely dead silver birch needs removing. 2. Back garden - a partial broken pine tree which has partly fallen on the roof of an out building needs removal and then dead branches need trimming. 3. Back garden - we wish to fell and removed the very large row of overgrown leylandii that form an L shape behind the pool building and to the right of the pool building. they are tall, stretched and multi-stemmed. they are beginning to split out during high winds. They totally dominate the garden aesthetically and block the sky. we wish to replant with a more appropriate boundary hedge and one or two small ornamental trees. The young leyandii to the rear of the garden and to the left of the gate we wish to reduce in height by 40% to just above the height of the archway. 4. Back garden - the beech trees to the rear of the house on the left neighboring 602, need a gentle crown raise to prevent damage to the houses gutters and balcony and let some light get to the lawn. Only the six lowest dangly branches.
