Tree (Quercus robur) identified as number 1 on the attached map. Works to maintain up to a 6 metre clearance between the crown of the tree and surrounding ground level and up to a 5 metre clearance between the canopy of the tree and any surrounding buildings, as well as up to a 2 metre clearance between the canopy of the tree and adjacent lighting columns. Permission is sought to maintain these clearances for the lifespan of the tree for the purposes of alleviating any actionable nuisance and / or highway obstruction. Works outside of this scope will seek further permission.
