At front of property. TPO 0003/17 Copper Beech (Fagus)- reduce crown by 2 meters in height and all sides, to manage the size of the tree and prevent it outgrowing its location.. Remove small lower branch rubbing on phone line to clear phone wire. Raise crown to allow clearance of 5-6 meters over highway. TPO 30 T1 Beech- reduce height by 2 meters and bring in sides by 1meter, to manage the size of the tree and prevent it outgrowing its location. To east boundary TPO 30 T2 Oak (Quercus) Reduce crown by 1.5 meters on all sides, clear roof of property by 1 meter. Historic failure of large limb, reductions intended to reduce leverage and wind sail.

To fell two Katsuras between the buildings of 18 and 20. The trees have out grown the space for a healthy sustainable life span. Both are now brushing the rooves of number 20 and the roof and roof window of 18a causing noise in the bedroom when windy.
