Proposal
T1 Common Alder - Reduce east side of crown by 1.5m to kerb line. T2 - Common Alder - Reduce crown by 2.5m to suitable growth points. Remove major deadwood over 50mm in diameter T3 Silver Birch - Remove limb at approx. 3m projecting north east to prevent obstruction with lamp column. T4&T5 Both Common Alder Fell to ground level T6 Silver Birch - Remove elder from base of Silver Birch G1 - Mixed Species Group of 1no Sycamore and 3no Pear. All trees have dense Ivy encroaching entire structures preventing full inspection - Sever and remove Ivy up to 2m and re-inspect. G2 Group of Beech - Crown lift to ensure 3m clearance from ground level. G3 - Group of Norway Maple - Remove shrubs to allow access and clearance of 0.5m around base to aid future inspections. Remove major deadwood over 50mm in diameter. I would also suggest prune limbs away from building to 1.5m this is not included on the survey but these are more less touching the building.

Tree Code: Sgl/106736 Species: Beech (Fagus sylvatica) TPO: TPO269 (T10) Works Sectionally fell and remove the Beech tree to ground level. Remove all timber, branches and arising debris from site. Grind out or otherwise remove the stump where practicable, or leave at ground level as directed by the client. Reason for Works The tree is exhibiting significant structural defects and decay, including: Evidence of substantial basal decay associated with fungal activity (Pholiota spp.). Hollow sounding stem indicating internal decay. Two very large historic tear-out wounds, including one approximately 5 metres above ground level. Major limb loss and loss of large branches. Abnormal buttressing and trunk form. Stem decay below the crown break. These defects indicate a significant decline in structural integrity and an increased risk of partial or whole-tree failure. Summary 1 × Beech (Fagus sylvatica) Sectional dismantling and removal of the entire tree due to advanced structural defects and decay.
