Cut back all overhanging and encroaching branches in neighbours properties. Reduce / pollard large Salix alba trees down to height of guttering Approx 2.1m on building . Prune back all large evergreen shrubs/hedges to height of boundary fence. Cut back all low growing vegetation, scrub, self-sets weed growth . Strim and tidy remaining grass area.
