Proposal

T1 Oak: Reduce back the canopy on the North side from over the gardens of Peary Close by up to 1.5m pruning back to suitable replacement unions. Crown thin the remaining canopy by no more than 15%. Remove dead wood and the broken hanging branches from the canopy as witnessed by Mr Shaun Philips (Tree Officer). Crown raise the lower canopy extremities over the footpath to give 3m clearance and clear the street light by 1.5m to allow light to emit onto the footpath area. This work is to manage the problems caused by the tree to the neighbouring gardens and houses on Peary Close.
