Listed building consent for raking out existing cement mortar, re-pointing right gable elevation of 1-3 Bridge Way and replace 2no. stones. Remove flaunching immediately surrounding flue opening with like-for-like reclaimed slate installed over flue. Lead flashing replaced with new Code 4 leadwork. Lead apron installed over brick chimney stack of adjoining property Bridge House.
