Planning application
The Old Harbour Wall Land South West Of Lovaine Terrace Garden Terrace Alnmouth Northumberland
Decided. The decision notice on the council portal carries the outcome in full, including any conditions.
Proposal
Listed Building Consent to install 2 no. 150mm diameter drainage pipes through the listed wall in order that trapped surface water can find it's way into the estuary, to aid drainage of surface water from Alnmouth Footpath No. 10. The outfall will be fitted with one-way valves to stop sea water going up the pipes. There are other associated works being carried out to allow the collection of the surface water before being directed to the outfalls. This work is adjacent to but does not affect the wall.
