Proposed removal of 1no entrance door and replaced with double timber entrance doors with glazed sidelights and fanlight over. Bay window repaired and all windows replaced with sliding sash to front and rear where relevant. New WI railings to front, set into existing stone capping running along existing pavement edge. Conservation roof lights to front / rear roofs and single storey kitchen area. Existing flat roof dormer removed and replaced with pitched roof. Front areas finished new paving and concrete to rear yard. Replace existing mock slate roof covering with natural slate. General refurbishment and remodelling to internal layout
