This application seeks to alter the existing property by constructing a new flat roof parapet porch area to the south of the property and also construct a new glazed open canopy over the existing yard area The New porch will utilize the space between the property and an existing stone garden wall and will have a timber clad east elevation to match the existing materiality of the site. The new canopy will be constructed entirely of glass with glazed beams for structural support.
