T4-7 Malus and Pyrus mix- Group of apple and pair espaliers grown along boundary that have grown out into trees- Remove/ fell- the trees are causing excessive shading and are unpractical to manage requiring specialist pruning at least twice a year. The fence behind is falling apart and the removal of these trees will allow access to replace. Windfall fruit is creating an issue with rats. Replace with beech hedge that is easy to maintain with hedge cutter.
