Works proposed; Phase 1: Section 73 application to vary the approved outline planning application (with all matters reserved except access) for demolition of existing buildings and site clearance (including vegetation removal) to allow mixed use development comprising up to: 120 dwellinghouses (Class C3); 1400 sq.m of new flexible employment floorspace (Class E(g), B2 and/or B8); 830 sq.m of new employment floorspace associated with existing mushroom farm operation (casing, machinery and packing stores) (Class B2/B8); 420 sq.m of children's day nursery floorspace (Class E); and 200 sq.m of cafe/coffee shop floorspace (Class E). Development to include associated provision of car parking, landscaping and tree works, public open space and local equipped area for play (LEAP), drainage infrastructure, acoustic bund, enhancements to existing vehicle access to Stock Lane and connections to the existing footpath network. Phase 2: Full planning application for up to 50 dwellinghouses (Class C3).
