Erection of a new carport and demolition of the existing Dutch barn and ancillary works.) to allow changes to allow for energy efficiency and optimised use of space to include:- New rooflights on the western elevations of plots 1 and 2 and a wider opening of the bi-fold doors on the south-east elevation of plot 1 to include the relocation of the flue to the south-west corner of the snug. New french doors and a balcony are proposed in the master bedroom of plot 1 on the east elevation. Proposed internal layout alterations and PV panels on the roofs. Alterations to the carport by replacing the two-storey building with a single storey building and relocating it to the north-west. Relocation of the bat house to the north-eastern corner, the new building would have a larger footprint than the existing bat house and would provide a bat loft. Provision of swimming pool for plot 1.
