Includes partial demolition of main facade for a new entrance door; Repairs to Madeira Gardens pavilion roof; A small section of a low brick wall to the south of the site will be carefully removed, stored, and re-instated at the end of the project to allow RNLI and site access along the walkway during construction) to allow change of resurfacing material from grey concrete asphalt to black stone mastic asphalt
