Amend the mortgagee exemption clause in Deed of Variation dated 2015 to replace it with industry standard wording to ensure that it will be possible to secure a charge against affordable housing units. Amend wording at clause 5.2.7 of Deed of Variation dated 2015 to make sense following the variations sought
