Proposal
Certificate of Lawfulness for the partial removal/demolition of the existing stone garden wall to the front boundary of the property to allow for the extension of the existing driveway to the west. Increasing the driveway width by circa 3.6 metres. The driveway is to be blockpaved and the provision of drainage is that of connecting into the existing soakaway located in the existing garden through a drainage channel at the bottom of the driveway. There will be a new PPC and timber fence/gate to the west and northern boundaries of the new driveway area
