Non material amendment to allow for Removal of Condition 3, Re word condition 4 as follows - At the request of the Council, during the life of the planning permission for the development hereby approved and following a complaint alleging noise nuisance, which has been upheld by the council due to the use hereby approved, the operator shall install a noise enclosure that achieves the mitigation stated (20 dB) in the documents known as Noise Report No.924 (part 9.0) and Technical Report: Site Survey and Noise Model for Irthlingborough Primary Substation (part 7.15) pursuant to NE/24/00373/FUL - Change of use of land to operational land for electricity undertakings, to accommodate an extension of the existing Irthlingborough Substation site and the installation of a 3.4m high fence.
