T1 Lime - Remove to ground level and grind the stump to allow for replacement planting due to the insurmountable difficulty of rebuilding the boundary retaining wall without removing the tree. The wall must now be rebuilt, and with structural options with the tree retained having been exhausted, the time has come to remove it and provide a suitable replacement

We respectfully request permission to pollard two False Acacia Trees, reducing their crowns by approximately 50%. The proposed works are necessary due to the trees' close proximity to the adjacent building and roadway. The property owner has concerns regarding the potential risk posed by these trees, particularly following the failure of a third False acacia tree on the property in January. Fortunately, when that tree failed, it narrowly missed the building and no injuries or significant damage occurred. The two trees proposed for works are highlighted in red on the attached site map for ease of identification and photographic evidence for the recent tree that failed.
