Planning application

Kirn House Holt Road Langham Holt Norfolk NR25 7BX

Granted North Norfolk TW/26/0892 Tree Works in a Conservation Area

Works: Trees

Permission granted. Work must normally begin within three years of the decision or the permission lapses.

Proposal

Trees are on the western boundary of the property adjacent to land which is part of Langham Hall. Trees are in generally poor condition and are overcrowded with extended overhangs onto adjoining property. Is is proposed to remove dead/dying trees and carry out general maintenance on the remainder involving removal of ivy, removal of lower overhanging branches where there is a risk of failure, raising crowns and selective felling to thin out and reduce conflicts - as advised by arborist. See attached schedule for full details.
