Planning application

Flat 4 Smugglers Cove Northfield Lane Wells-next-the-sea Norfolk NR23 1LQ

Granted North Norfolk TW/24/0092 Tree Works in a Conservation Area

Works: Trees

Permission granted. Work must normally begin within three years of the decision or the permission lapses.

Proposal

To cut down by 50% a holme oak tree but leave a lower crown, this tree overhangs the road and cables, remove the excessive ivy from T6 and remove a number of low hanging minor branches causing some obstruction to the newer planted trees which also make it difficult to maintain the grounds, which need minor trimming, T1, T2 and T6.

As published by the council, reference TW/24/0092
