T1 - Lawson cypress - previously reduced in height , reduce height again by around 30% to give clearance for 2nd story windows, tree located next to house T2 - eucalyptus - medium sized tree to remove to ground level, tree has outgrown the bed it is in and will not be able to reach its mature size without being reduced which would look odd. Smaller trees present in bed T3 - Eucalyptus - medium sized tree to remove to ground level, located in back garden and has succumb to previous fire damage and is in close proximity to high voltage power lines , tree is in the wrong place and replacement tree of different species to be planted in back garden away from lines
