Works: Trees Small domestic
Read from the description, not a valuation. How we read the register
Permission granted. Work must normally begin within three years of the decision or the permission lapses.
Proposal
Monterey Pine (T1) - fell because the tree has suffered multiple, very large branch failures. Earlier this year the tree shed a 30ft limb, along with another even bigger limb around 7 years ago. This has left the rest of the tree susceptible to further branch failure. Monterey Pine (T2) - fell because this tree has also suffered branch failures this year. Having previously been protected from the prevailing wind by the other pine, this tree is now also very susceptible to failure.
