Require confirmation that the repairs undertaken to Lilac Barn roof and windows in 2025 did not require listed building consent. The works already undertaken and completed; 1) for Lilac Barn, complete replacement of roof felt which was in very poor condition with breathable membrane felt. This work was undertaken by a contractor and required, in addition, new treated batterns, The existing tiles were removed and then reinstated, 2) for Lilac Barn, repair of 4 wooden rotten windows requiring frames to be spliced or on the case of the big back window completely replaced by the same type of wooden fram. All casements were rotten and were replaced with the same wooden double glazed design as original. All work was completed by a contractor
