Proposal

Proposed works - 1) Roof replacing tiles (like for like) where necessary, 2) Roof timbers replacement where necessary, 3) Water ingress at joins that will need repairing, 4) Insulation in the attic space, 5) To hold the house in, lateral strength will be regained by the introduction of an ashlar wall and raised collar detail within the attics, 6) Inspection of re-pointing will be carried out on the West facing and South East corner, 7) Water ingress through cracks in walls requires potential repointing at front door, 8) Stitching is required where cracks are appearing in the South gable end wall of the property, 9) Solar Panels are to be placed on the South facing roof of the Granny Annex (built in 1999) as well as re-roofing where required, & 10) Solar panels are also to be placed on the single-story part of the West facing roof joining the Granny Flat
