Tree is not native to the UK and is prone to branches snapping and the array of branches look unsafe, and it would be sensible for the tree to be felled before replacement of the shed and using the drive for vehicles. the previous occupant parked her small smart sized vehicle right up against the front door. As a new occupier i need to use the driveway. There is no set off or parking available on the highway. I have included photos to show the trees position and the state of the branches. I do not wish to replant any tree as there are already substantial trees to the east and west of it's location along the rear and side property boundary, also this current tree within 5 meters of the neighbouring property.
