T3: Common Beech - Selectively reduce the end weight of the two large boughs extending over the neighbouring property by up to 5m, pruning back to suitable growth points to reduce leverage and the likelihood of further limb failure whilst retaining a balanced and functional crown. T4: Elm - Crown lift the branches extending over the flower bed to achieve approximately 4m clearance from ground level, retaining suitable growth points and an appropriate crown structure.
