Replace 3no. single-glazed, ground floor windows with double-glazed, Upvc Residence Collection (R7) windows and change window into a Upvc double-door of the same width on side elevation of rear converted barn. Replace glazing in rear gable end with hardwood frame and single pane of glazing. Internal alterations. Relocate boiler and associated flue.
