Proposal

1. The brickwork to the entrance of the sports building will be constructed in Staffordshire Blue brick to match the brickwork plinth of the building. 2. Additional means of escape has been added to the gym to meet fire safety requirements. 3. The doors to the sports equipment store have been adjusted to meeting the requirements of the proposed use and provide adequate means of escape. 4. The panels above the glazed doors to the artificial grass pitch (east elevation) are to be cladding panels on composite panels and light grey in colour. 5. The detailed of the entrance ramp and steps has resulted in adaptations to the configuration, described in the updated drawings. 6. A 'wild flower' planting mix has been added to the landscaped areas adjacent to the entrance ramp. 7. The parking configuration has been updated to provide a drop-off point closer to the building entrance. 8. An area of parking bays will be finished in permeable paving, the overflow parking area will remain granular fill finish to parking bays. 9. The hard and soft landscaping details have been updated accordingly (as non-material amendment to planning application 20/00073/FP granted on 29.03.2021)
