Branch landed in the street with partial blockage to the road and significant blockage to the path. On closer inspection a number of dead branches have also been located. The tree has become severely unbalanced, with the bulk of its weight leaning toward the property. Roots are also visible at the base. The height of the tree is 64ft with a distance to the property of approx 34ft, this would cause significant damage to the property should it become more unbalanced. I am planning to have the tree pollarded and reduced in size by at least a 3rd to allow future growth to be in a controlled manner.
