Permission granted. Work must normally begin within three years of the decision or the permission lapses.
Proposal
Cherry (T1) - Fell due to damage to front boundary wall and tree not in good condition. Replace with alternative tree (Winter Flowering Cherry to keep in theme with neighbouring property) 3-4 meters to the left, and slightly further back by approx 1m to avoid future damage to wall. Cedar (T7) - Pruning to make it smaller and more attractive. Reduce spread diameter to 5m (2.5m radius) and raise the crown by 4-6 branches.
