Amended works specification T1 Yew has been withdrawn for the 211 Notice and no longer to be considered. 2. Ash tree - the proposal is for it to be felled- in the corner of the front garden- its branches overhang onto the roundabout and this is a hazard as er have witnesses lorries hit the branches as they are driving. * the way the tree is growing is that is pushing against the fence which will over time be damaged by the tree * the tree blocks out much light in the front room - hence room is always cold- mould in it last Winter * do not plan to replace - it is on a corner and hazardous to oncoming traffic at the roundabout- nor do we want the fence to be compromised as it is being now 3- Holly tree- would like this to be felled- it has a * low amenity value- blocks out light and we had to have a holly tree felled years ago as it was bending towards the roof of the house and a health and safety hazard

With reference NEL257. We request to prune 2 branches of the Beech (T1) back to a fork. These are overhanging the house. The client wishes to manage growth in this direction. These are identified in Pic5 (attached) with the pruning point indicated by a yellow line. Again with reference NEL257. We request to prune 1 branch of the Lime (T2) back to the stem. This is growing towards the satellite dish. The client wishes to control growth toward the structure. This is identified in Pic6 (attached) with the pruning point indicated with a yellow line. The location of these trees are indicated as T1 and T2 on the attached sketch. My client would like to file a section 211 notice for removal of the remaining trees on site. With reference to the Tree Survey 2021 carried out by engie (attached) this includes T1(Monterey Cypruss), T3 (Yew), G1 (2x Yew), T6 (Plum) and T7 (Norway Maple). The approximate location of which are indicated on the attached sketch.

1 Green Acres Waltham Grimsby North East Lincolnshire DN37 0QG

am writing regarding a large spruce at 1 Green Acres, Waltham, DN37 0QG. The tree is very large and mature and is situated close to the property. Its dense canopy causes substantial shading and a significant loss of natural daylight to the house and garden. I would be grateful if you could confirm whether this spruce is covered by a Tree Preservation Order and, if so, provide the TPO reference and plan identifying the tree. I would also like to request that a Tree Officer inspects the tree and considers whether removal would be appropriate given its current size, proximity to the property and the significant shading it causes. I note that the Council has previously permitted the removal and reduction of TPO-protected trees at 4 and 5 Green Acres where shading and proximity to properties were relevant considerations, including application DM/0101/20/TPO at 4 Green Acres. If removal were considered appropriate, I would be happy to discuss suitable replacement planting in a more appropriate location.
