Works: Trees
Permission granted. Work must normally begin within three years of the decision or the permission lapses.
Proposal
My intention was to reduce the whole canopy by approximately 30% which I was hoping will reduce the weight on the large limb that is hanging over the driveway to a sufficient amount. The radius of the tree from the trunk to the outside of the branches is currently 7.5m wide, so I was hoping to reduce this to 5.25m. The height of the tree is 11m high so again I was hoping to reduce this to 7.7m. With these reductions I believe it will reduce the weight on the large limb enough to reduce the risk.
