Trees No. 1 and No. 2 Holly and Yew joint crown reduce crown from approx. 7.3m width x 6.5 high to approx. 5.5m x 4.5m Tree No. 3 Sequoia, It is proposed to remove the three lower most limbs, reduce any further low hanging branches to a suitable point to leave a crown height of circa 7-9m dependant on most appropriate cut point and for a minority branches to be reduced horizontally to maintain a distance of 1.5 to 2m away from the front of the house taken as the gutter, together with general dead-wooding. The lowest limbs are increasingly at a level whereby they are getting closer to the ground and this active management will ensure the long-term wellbeing of the tree and property. Tree No. 4 Yew previously reduced Yew now a tall bush. No works planned. Trees No. 5 & 6 both Yew forming a joint crown reduce crown from approx. 10m width x 6.6 high to approx. 6m x 4.5m Tree No. 7 (Holly) previously felled tree that has been allowed to grow and provide an ornamental element. Does not appear to be at the size requiring permission but is starting to compete with the least successful Yew tree (No. 7). Thus, this Holly may be removed again Tree No. 8 (Yew) reduce crown from approx. 7m width x 6.5 high to approx. 6m x 4.5m Tree No. 9 (Yew) reduce crown from approx. 8m width x 6.5 high to approx. 6m x 4.5m Tree No. 10 (Silver Birch) As per approval DC/520/11/WAB, it is proposed to renew the consent to remove this tree Tree No. 11 (Hazel) Prune right back to allow managed regrowth and to compliment tree no. 11
