Planning application
Wheatlands Waithe Lane Brigsley North East Lincolnshire DN37 0RJ
Works: Trees
Permission granted. Work must normally begin within three years of the decision or the permission lapses.
Proposal
The beach tree T164 IS located in the front garden of Wheatlands, Waithe Lane, Brigsley DN370RJ. This is directly opposite our property namely Southlands. There are some low hanging branches which make it impossible for us to drive our caravan onto our property without causing damage to bot the tree and caravan. We respectfully ask for permission to remove the low hanging branches to a height of 15 foot from the ground. This will allow for good clearance but also to allow access for a few years to come without the need to submit further applications. The property owner has indicated he gives his permission for said lopping to take place subject to permission being granted.
