Proposal
Lime tree front boundary: Remove all dead wood. Completely remove (at stem) the branch over Holly. Completely remove x2 truncated branches. Completely remove branch over BT lines. Reduce main branch over garage to 3rd main branch, this will be the start of phase 1 of work on this branch - aiming in time to completely remove this branch as it overhangs our new garage and driveway. Reduce to 3 meters from fence line / secondary growth points.

What a grant of permission means
The process from here
Permission has been granted, usually subject to conditions listed on the decision notice, some of which must be discharged before work starts. The decision notice on the council portal sets out exactly what was approved.
Work must normally begin within three years of the decision or the permission lapses. Neighbours cannot appeal a grant; challenging one means judicial review of how the decision was made, within tight time limits.
About trees applications
How this application type works
Tree applications cover work to protected trees: those under a tree preservation order need consent for pruning or felling, and trees in a conservation area need six weeks written notice before work starts. The council assesses the amenity value of the tree and can refuse consent, approve it with conditions, or in conservation areas make a preservation order in response.

Cherry tree - to reduce the canopy spread over the public footpath/highway back to the boundary line Lilac Tree - due to the size of the lilac overhanging the public highway, the plan would be to reduce this back to boundary line. In the rear garden Although the following work is maintenance , we just wanted to make you aware that we will be trimming a conifer that is overhanging the driveway, trimming prunus serrula and trimming a row of leylandi bordering the property

All multi stem trees with included bark at base. Reason:T1 to T5 have all been pruned before and are now aesthetically looking untidy. They are encroaching the road and driveway. some natural light to the front of the property will also be gained by pruning works.
