Planning application
1C Queen Elizabeth Road Humberston North East Lincolnshire DN36 4DQ
Works: Trees
Refused. Only the applicant can appeal, within the statutory time limit, and a revised scheme can be submitted instead.
Proposal
Monterey Cypress: Fell Reason: Passers by complain of bird faeces on pavement outside of property. Cost of maintaining tree and damage caused by tree, by definition the value of the property is impacted. The precedent for the removal of a TPO for an identical species and size of tree, not more than 30m from this tree leads me to conclude that this tree should also have the TPO status removed.

T2 and T3 Silver Birch: reduce canopy encroachment over dwelling to create clearance of 3ft T6 Beech: reduce canopy encroachment over dwelling and adjacent property to create clearance of 3ft from house and encroachment over adjacent garden. T4 Birch: reduce the overhang to the public path, cutting back to the boundary wall. Reason: general tree management, encroachment over dwelling and highway.
