Planning application

16 Church Lane Waltham North East Lincolnshire DN37 0ES

Granted North East Lincolnshire DM/0139/24/TCA Works to a tree in a Conservation Area

Works: Trees Small domestic

Read from the description, not a valuation. How we read the register

Permission granted. Work must normally begin within three years of the decision or the permission lapses.

Proposal

We wish to remove 4 lower branches on the tree which have grown over a garden shed causing potential damage to the roof and structure. By doing this (which will have very little effect on the tree itself) there will be an approximate 2 metre clearance between the shed roof and the lateral branches.

As published by the council, reference DM/0139/24/TCA
