Proposal
Approval of details pursuant to Condition 12 (Landscaping) attached to Planning Consent 15/02974/FUL dated 5th February 2016. The submitted details comprise the completed and proposed landscaping arrangement shown on **Drawing PL.1 ? Condition Layout, Rev A, May 2026**, together with the supporting Planning Statement prepared by Homefront Architecture Ltd. The submission includes the following materials and landscaping details: Hard landscaping: Completed permeable block paving laid across the external hardstanding areas of the site, including access, circulation, parking, refuse, cycle storage and servicing areas. The paving has been laid in a herringbone pattern with suitable sub-base construction beneath, supporting sustainable drainage principles. Soft landscaping: Introduction of soft landscaped planting beds and low-level hedge planting within the available areas of the site to soften the appearance of the completed hardstanding and improve visual amenity and biodiversity. Planting details: Proposed planting includes Hydrangea macrophylla, Acer palmatum, Euonymus japonicus or similar approved evergreen hedge species, together with mixed low-level ornamental shrub planting, as set out in the submitted planting schedule. Maintenance details: A maintenance schedule is submitted covering watering, weed control, mulching, pruning, replacement planting, hard landscaping maintenance and periodic inspection. The submitted details provide the full hard and soft landscaping information required to discharge Condition 12, including paving materials, planting species, pot sizes, density/number, method of growth and maintenance requirements.
