Listed Building Application: reinstate pitched roof, dormer extensions and third floor attic. Internal alterations to include, replacement or refurbishment of all windows to south, west and north wing, repair, refurbish and replace existing internal and external doors, repair crack stitching, minor areas of repointing. Replacement of second floor slab over the Great hall, demolition and rebuilding of second floor masonry walls, strip out plaster, flooring and wall panelling, floor boards and decorative plaster ceiling to the Great Hall north wing, replacement of rooflights to single storey to the north, reinstate cast iron rainwater gutters, and downpipes with plastic, removal of existing mechanical and electrical installations and replacement with new temporary lighting, alarms, CCTV and surface mounted containment to install a lightning protection system.
