Namely:- Reduce branches encroaching upon flats to give a minimum of 3.5 m clearances to give reasonable clearances and allowance for future growth. Final reduced clearances must not exceed 5 m, with the margin to allow for the selection of suitable pruning points in accordance with BS 3998:2010 Tree work - Recommendations Note: removal of dead material (greater than 30 mm diameter or 1m length) overhanging site will take place.
