Proposal
Restoration of the old washhouse to rear of Southerly for use as domestic workshop and store. The Old Wash House forms part of the curtilage of site address. The roof is no longer present but the walls, floor, and doorway are still present. Re-roof and add solar PV to restored roof with further solar PV to roof of main house.
