Pruning of Epicormic Regrowth (including dense ivy growth): Remove epicormic shoots and regrowth from previous pruning points, particularly on branches overhanging the garden, cutting back to appropriate lateral branches or previous reduction points to control encroachment and maintain a tidy appearance. The works will be carried out by a qualified arborist during the dormant season (November to February) to minimise impact on the tree and local wildlife. These measures will ensure the tree's long-term health and safety.
