Internal alterations to include new boiler fitted including new cabinetry, restoration of internal walls, chimney breast to be opened up in both front and rear room, section of partition sole plate to be removed, new opening between front and rear rooms, service riser formed within rear chimney breast alcove joinery including stud wall lining on both first and second floors, floorboards and hearths to be over-boarded on first and second floors, new fireplace to be installed into the original chimney opening in the front room on both first and second floors, secondary glazing to be added internally to all windows, and temporary removable safety restraint bars fitted across internal window openings.
