To lessen overbearing impact of tree overhanging Cliff Cottage, reduce level of detritus fall onto roof and reduce leverage of tree rooted in bank leaning towards and asymmetrically orientated over Cliff Cottage. Clear branches from cables by 1.25m to suitable growth points in line with BS3998 to give 1m clearance. To prevent branches snapping cables T2- Prune back from Cliff Cottage by 3m to suitable growth points in line with BS3998. Prune upper canopy by 1m to balance as shown in picture.
