Proposal

T1 Sycamore - reduce to below cavity at 7 metres to leave standing monolith. There is visible internal decay - reduction will protect against future failure. G1 Mixed group of trees comprising Sycamore, Yew, London Plane and Ash. Trees are all overhanging the boundary into the neighbouring property (Mandillion). Reduce trees back to boundary by 2.5 to 3 metres depending on size of overhang.
